The metal and mechanical processing department covers an area of 3000 m2 and includes 2 Pedrazzoli cut-off saws, 1 Kasto Funcional A band saw, and for cutting metal sheet we use an Imal 80t shearing machine and 2 laser cutting machines. Trumpf Trumatic l3030 and Amada Fom2 3015 with dedicated turret. For pressing and cutting we have 3 Ross eccentric presses with a power ranging from 40t to 210t and 1 200t Emanuel hydraulic press and 150t lower cushion. Bending is carried out with 2 Imal press brakes (40t and 80t) and 1 LDV 135t press brake with Easyform laser bending corner correction. Mechanical processing is carried out by 2 CNC Haas, 4 Famup drills and the Gualdoni milling machine, it continues with a bar feed lathe with Goodway motor and 1 Alex Tech turning lathe. Bending and calendering of pipes is carried out using 1 Pedrazzoli 40t pipe bender and one Tauring bending machine. For the production of linkage, levers and pedals, we have a pipe bender which was constructed to our specifications by a company which is specialised in dedicated automation. The assembly department consists of 3 Tecna spot welding machines, 1 TIG Stel welding machine, 6 manual stations with Miller welding machines and 2 ABB 8 axle robotic stations. We use external suppliers for zincing treatments, cataphoretic coating, powder coating and heat treatments. All items are tested during production and before delivery to the client. Using inventor, we also design equipment for the industrialisation of the product to be manufactured.
