Quality Policy Statement
The Company Management considers Quality, understood as the management system of all business processes, the first
factor for the achievement of corporate goals and the satisfaction of all internal and external operators.
To this end, SAE srl has decided to adopt this Quality Policy aimed at achieving continual improvement, customer
satisfaction and understanding of the needs and expectations of all interested parties. This Statement formalizes the
commitments and the goals to be achieved.

- Understand the internal and external context (economic, social, regulatory, etc.) in which the company operates, in
order to identify and satisfy the needs and expectations of all interested parties. - Identify our customers' requirements by acknowledging their needs, and create the conditions to achieve their full
satisfaction. - Promote the competence and of all operators by communicating the corporate goals and involving them in their
achievement. - Research efficient solutions and processes that allow SAE Srl to be technologically and organizationally at the cutting
edge in all business activities affecting Quality, preventing the emergence of non-conformities; - Give each collaborator the opportunity to contribute to the constant improvement of the Quality System through
training, motivation and involvement; - Operate in full compliance with contractual conditions and current legislation, with a special focus on Work Health
and Safety and the environment; - Define clear, concrete and measurable goals by seeking the constant improvement of corporate processes and
performance. - Maintain cost levels and sales prices that, while competitive, allow for a profitability such as to favor the
experimentation of innovative solutions aimed at achieving compliance with the requirements and customer
satisfaction, without compromise.
